Don’t know why but we keep on coming back to the same agent. Probably because the boss, Steve can work things out fast, attend to your queries promptly (but unfortunately only during office hours). Took 3 helpers from him thus far. The processing were fast, hassle free and our helpers arrived on time, respectively. As for their FDWs, i am unable to comment much. Personally, i thought maybe we employers should learn how to deal with these difficult FDWs. FDWs nowadays are so different from last time. Agent couldn’t really help much if FDWs give problem - just by talking on the phone, which doesn’t really help! Anyway majority of these FDWs will create problems fortnightly - irregardless from which agency you bring them in. I see no point in pinpointing which agency is good and which agency is not. Overall, am satisfied with the services provided.

As this is my first time hiring a FDW, i had a very wonderful experience with Unistarr recommended by my cousin. Steve and Jay assisted us in choosing the right FDW according to our needs and criterias via whatsapp. Shortlisted for us a few FDW during our first meeting with them. Interviewed the FDW and subsequently hired the right one right away. All within a day. And within 2 weeks, my FDW arrived in Singapore. She has been with us for almost a month now. All i can say is, she far exceeded our expections. My advice to all employers who's looking for a FDW, give the agency a detailed list of criteria that suits your needs. And interview the FDW well. At the end of the day, look at the FDW's reaction during the interview and follow your gut feeling. Overall, i would recommend Unistarr to whoever is looking for an FDW. Great job Steve and Jay!

Unsure if its the agency or the maids they hire who have bad attitudes. Had one who sas almost the definitio of the worst maid. Lazy, sleeps, forgetful, left my baby unattended in the bath n he hurt himself when he fell. Didnt feed my child and claim she forgot and agency just said....send her back. As easy as 123. No ownership, didnt put themselves in the employers shoes who has kids. Took another with them as im entitled for a replacement. So far acceptable though upon 3 months, she somehow is also forgetful, lazy, asking for phone etc.

Worst experience ever. Do not use this agency at all. Staffs are unreasonable and overly pretentious. Could tell they had the intention to deceive their clients about the true accuracy of the maid's profile. Lied to us and purposely withheld information regarding the helper's true age, and health. Was never sincere in getting a replacement for us and the lady Ms.Jay was extremely flippant and impatient. Overall a really bad experience. Staff was very forceful and urgently wanted to close deal. DO NOT GET UR HELPERS HERE

I trusted your words that this home maker is excellent so I did not request or either insisted for any replacement. Now, I’m very regret and disappointed as the home maker does not even have any standards. Just wonder how she was being trained and meet your standard as being a home maker, which I feel she must at least have in taking care of children since I employ her for taking of my kids and do house work. Get the helper date from 25 July till today date 27 august. In the second week, my mother-in-law came to the house to help take care of and cook for the children. When I was about to send her back to the agency, the maid apologized to me and said that she would give her a chance to stay. Because I do need a maid to help pick up and drop the child to and from school and I have not found a new maid to stay with her. As a result, waiting for her mother-in-law to cook for her every day, the housework was not done well. List of disappointments: 1) on the 3rd day she arrived, my son told me that she shouted at them 2) instructions given by me, she does not follow 3) on the 4 day she arrived, my youngest son under her care and was injured due to her not attentive to my kids, child abuse 4) on the 5 day she arrived, when my sister went to my house, my sister told me she always stay in toilet for very long time while my kids in the house with no adults looking after them, child abuse. And, after my observation for these few weeks, I do notice she frequently went toilet for at 15 minutes in a day. 5) furthermore, she had to be reminded almost every time for any jobs she need to do this including cooking meals for my kids 6) food she prepared for my kids are not up to my minimum expectations as we found rubber band in the soup. 7) she is not taking care of them by letting my kid leave the house to my neighbor and not watch over them, child abuse. 8) she had pitched my kid, child abuse. 9）The maid puts her own underwear in the washing machine and washes the child's clothes together. I have said two times before that this should not be done. She still didn't listen. 10）Tell other maids that I beat her every day and don't give food,I went to the police, but she said that she didn't say these things，She told the police that she ate and drank enough and got enough sleep every day .The maid agent will only ask me to take her back. There is no replacement. The staff is irresponsible, as if the maid came to work for free. Ask to talk to the boss, only one lady named Nur plays the role game.

Hired my helper twice from Unistarr and it never fail to disappoint me. Highly recommended.

Staff had good recommendations for helpers. They were on the ball with the applications, very polite and professional. Overall, it was a good experience from start to end.

Helper arrived on 8th of April Till today she has no clue of what I instruct.her I'm suffering from muscular dystrophy and she doesn't even know the basics. Agent has counseld her twice and they say give her time. She is untrained and not fit to work even in her own home town. I
