professional, and quick to response to my problem. I got 3 maids from them. Yes, 3. Although it may sound bad, but the staff handle my situation promptly and professionally. the first maid i got was a fresh Indonesian maid, where she has communication problem with my mum who can only speaks Mandarin & very minimal bahasa. my mum is very quick temper and can be quite fussy at sometimes, so she couldn't stand the maid for not be able to understand her. so we decided to change the helper. but as i'm a working mum, i couldn't afford to have no helper at my household, so we got a transfer helper this time, with 4 years experience in singapore previously and 1 mths with the previous employer. 3 weeks in our household, the helper keeps on crying and requested to be send back to the agency, we have no choice but to let her go. it was so stressful for me as I need to take leave to handle this situation. but lilis were really helpful and got me another transfer maid (yes, i know right, another transfer) I was really skeptical as this helper has never finish contract in singapore before and had change 2 employer. but I'm glad that I put my trust in lilis and got Mia to join our household. Mia has been working with us for 3 years now, hopefully she can stay as she's really a gem to our family! I recommended my friends to the agency, some had their gem helper at first try, but I have friends that still haven't find the right one yet. I think it still boil down to the helper personality, on whether they are here to work or not. for my case, Mia is really hardworking, although sometimes she will still cut corners when doing housework, but still tolerable.

If there is Zero stars this agency should totally have it, covid has not been a sympathetic, humanised disease where people would become more humble and helpful, which actually should have been the case for these leeches its money making machine for this agency who does not care about their customers after milking off them. Hired an FDW by paying a premium as agency fees which was non-refundable but on a promise of replacement within 6 months. Hired on November-2021 and after a month the maid informed that is not happy at our home and wants to return to LIS Agency. We literally pleaded with the agency to assist us as we have our kids at home which would require the agency to find us a replacement as we have already forked out so much, if you cant provide the replacement then give us back our money which was agency fees we will find the helper some where else. NO Agency fees is non-refundable. Our hard earned money just went in the drain. Their entire attitude changed after they placed the helper. Now you decide would you really want to deal such kinda irresponsible, lairs who is just there to get money from clients and then with FDW's.

Horrible Experience. The owner doesn't care about the welfare of customer. Leaving us in a lurch.The worst is if the maid want to go back without finishing contract, we just bare all the cost of a few thousands and they don't even bother to assist you. Owner of the Agency: LILIS HARJANTO will not even bother to assist or try to advice next course of action. They just don't bother after the maid has gone home, placement fees and agency fees just down the drain, don't recommend you this agency! Stay Away!
