L	Luke on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fun however -Rounds are 10min instead of the advertised 20. -Guns constantly break/deactivate mid round. -Help with the guns is slow. -No refunds.

I see people just putting their names down and hanging around, it was quite confusing. The game inside was too fast and not very fun either. It's alright if you are just paying a discounted rate, otherwise, I think it is too overpriced.
F	Fun Kwok on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff made all the difference in Laser Quest! Came here for my child’s bday but due to COVID-19 restrictions, I was only able to book for a group of 2. The staff were very friendly and patient, and helped to ease the children into the gear and taught them what to do. The children were very excited and spent 2 sessions of shooting at each other, and released a lot of cabin fever. Due to COVID-19, alot of people are staying away from such places, and it would be great to support them. All gear are cleaned up after use, and each session is ard 10mins, and everyone is masked up during the session. I will definitely rebook again for the kids in the next few months. Thank you for making such a great experience for the children!
c	chloe on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ each mission was like only 10 mins instead of 20. my friends laser gun was also not working during 2 of the missions and even though she reported it to the guy it still was broken. she only had the chance to properly play during the last mission. other than that it was ok

Adults as well as kids will definitely enjoy the challenge (: will definitely come again! Seri was a great help in assisting us while Syafana has really great customer skills! Thank you!

The staff who assisted us - Grace, was super friendly, funny and very helpful! Excellent service! She was clear during the briefing. Would come back here again with a group of friends to play team vs team. - The vest weighs 4kg though, so you have to be kinda physically fit and able to carry the weight of it and move around for 10 mins.

Equipment is slightly heavy at 8kg, so no running is allowed. Book online so quite fuss free though there was a bit of delay. Overall great fun time!
