β β β β β I am writing to commend and thank Mr. Puvendran S/O Gangadaran, the Honda technician that responded to our assistance call for a dead battery. He contacted us promptly, and provided multiple updates on his expected time of arrival. We found him to be very knowledgeable and patient with explaining what might have happened, and overall was highly professional and friendly. Very positive experience with Honda service support, and we hope he is recognized for being an outstanding performer and keeping customers happy!

β β β β β Did a service maintenance there. I believe that they are the best for the maintenance. It was about half a day to do the maintenance including washing and cleaning.
The washing and cleaning can be improved because it was still dirty inside although you can smell the car like new again. Passenger seats are not being cleaned. Outer part is fine.
Need to take the queue for the service. It is located at the left side of the entrance which you might have missed and go directly to the counter and they will lead you to the queue counter.
Waiting time for the queue is not bad. Around 15 minutes for early morning slot. There is a counter which serves biscuits and coffee or tea while waiting.

Called Mr Khor C H, Service Advisor.
Wasnβt know he was on leave.
Would like to thank him for picking my call and answered my questions.
He should deserve 2022 quarterly best performance, best customer service oriented.

β β β β β Came to Honda Ubi for routine car servicing. Service on a weekday was slow and unfriendly even with appointment and no crowd. Average time published was 2 minutes on screen but I waited longer than that. Coffee and water machines were closed due to SMM measures. At least, provide mineral water bottles. Customers waited hours with no water. Level of service needs a lot of improvement even though branding may be good.

β β β β β Brought car for regular servicing.
Very poor service.
No cleaning done of inside. Not even basic with a cloth. See photos attached of how each and every dust particle and spot was left intact.
When I asked why no cleaning. They said they don't do this as part of basic servicing.... ??... We have to buy the internal polishing package to get internal cleaning done... and guess how much that package is for...$200....Wow!!!
Petrol pump staff does this cleaning for $20.
Honda staff, please focus on good customer service, instead of just trying to suck money from customers for even basic stuff .!!!

He took time to explain all the work that will be done, understood my needs and made suitable recommendations accordingly.
