★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Their foods are generally nice, but price is quite high. Big pau is not really big. Also for the waffle I don't understand why a single order always take more than 20 minutes. Since the pau side is only heating up the pau why not add the manpower to the waffle side? And not sure if it's some sop to let the waffle sit for some time before giving to customer
And also for shopee redemption, don't bother buying the lou mai kai because I've never successfully redeem at tampines 1 store ? But it sure taste nice. Red bean and lotus pau are too dry and sweet but the paste are very generous

There seem to be a small Q
But has only once bought the siew mai and big Huge Pau !!
Taste good both items but as for cleanliness...you won't be able to see from the front.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Would have given 0 star if there is such an option. Poor service. Waffle is tastless except for sugar taste. Wore gloves to prep the waffle but also use the same glove to hold cleaning cloth to clean the machine. So any dirty things from the cloth will go on the waffle too. Free extra ingredient. Try at your own risk.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ HORRIBLE egglet. Paid $2.80 for an waffle that's soft, sticky and mushy.
The Malaysian lady is more focused on her mobile phone than making the egglet properly, even though wore gloves to prep the waffle but also use the same glove to hold cleaning cloth to clean the machine, then any dirty things and bacteria from the cloth will go on the waffle too.
Would have given 0 star if there is such an option. Poor service. Waffle is tastless except for sugar taste.

the employee (a Malaysian Lady) is extremely rude.
(1) when passing the money to her, she did not bother reaching out to collect the cash from me and got upset at me for not handing it close enough to her.
(2) forgets my order halfway and yelled rudely at me to ask for what I ordered again.
(3) when collecting order, she shouted at me again even though I was standing at the side.
Overall, a really rude and useless employee as mentioned by other reviewers.
taste wise, i ordered a peanut butter pandan waffle. the waffle was over cooked, too hard, and lack the taste of pandan. if you like waffles, I would recommend you all to buy it from bread Q at tampines interchange instead
