★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My experience here have always been alright. Drinks are always made well and have been consistently good. Just that pearls may sometimes be a little chewier than what I like.
My past few visits have been mostly Shopee redemptions. Redemptions are easy, however the amount of ice is fixed.
Service quality can certainly be a bit better and friendlier.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely rude and judgemental staff at the new SingPost outlet. I was asking if there was any combos in the menu and the staff was unable to speak English. She said “buy 1 main 1 sides buy 1 drink free the toppings” so I was understanding if it was 1 main, 1 side, 1 drink only free topping or if I buy 1 main 1 drink I can still get free topping, she seemed extremely irritated as I was processing what she said and clarified again. Then her colleague stood beside her and hen she said to her colleague “这个马来的听不懂我在讲什么” (This Malay doesn’t understand what I’m saying) when I clearly understood what she said in mandarin and I was actually ethnically local Chinese but tanned. I told her “我听得懂只是听不懂你的英语”. So rude and racist!!!!! Please do something about your staff’s work ethics.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought 1988 milk tea, when I was almost done I sucked up a brown hair from inside my drink, my hair is black.
Taste was a bit more bland than usual.
* i do not have my receipt as i threw it away when i collected my drink.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Location : Tampines One. Very poor and impatience customer service. Very sarcastic tone from the staff when I cannot understand what she is asking. Very slow service also. Yollie is the one who took my order but the whole team are all very rude and unfriendly. Extremely lousy experience. This kind of people just spoil your day.
