β β β β β We just completed our 7 Basic Manners Program sessions with Jacky. Our dog, Kumo, loves Jacky and followed his instructions to the letter in class. The training was easy to follow and I would recommend it to all new dog owners who are looking for basic training on heel and recall.

β β β β β Jacky was very patient and kind towards Luna. The girl obviously adored him and always sat starry eyed in front of him, with or without chicken bites in his fingers. Jacky listened to my concerns and gave guidance or suggestions accordingly which were extremely helpful. The basic commands he taught were helpful for first time pawrents. Thank you for the sessions. Luna misses your treats, Jacky!

β β β β β Signed up for obedience class for my husky pup. Enjoy the 8 weeks of training with Jacky. Jacky is professional and patient, and will provide additional guidance customised to the behaviour of your pup. Overall, I see significant improvement in my pupβs behavior and ability to listen to commands, as well as my ability to command my pup! Thanks Jacky! Highly recommended!

He really goes above and beyond during trainings and share great tips on dog obedience out of the course scope despite not being obligated to do so. He really cares for dogs and I really appreciate his efforts in helping to train Luna. I will definitely recommend his course to any dog owner that is looking for a sincere, empathetic and patient trainer that focuses on the usage of positive reinforcement to train dogs. β β β β β The two trainings I did with Jacky were great. He spent some time understanding my dog's issues and observing her before deciding on how to proceed with the training. He had an abundance of useful tips and was patient in showing how to do specific cues. I can already see much improvement with my dog, who was initially very reactive towards other dogs on walks. Now, she actually looks at me for reassurance when she sees other dogs, and she is able to listen to my cues much more. Overall, she is a happier dog now, thanks to Jackie's trainings!

β β β β β An eye opening experience under the guidance of trainer Jacky. He gave us a lot of patience, understanding and encouragement with our pug puppy. We now have confidence to bring our dog out and about with us and share the world with him. Jacky give many very useful tips that will help create a stronger bond between you and your dog, without being aggressive or using harsh discipline. He makes training your dog easy to understand and clear. Highly recommend for any dog owner, new or experienced.

β β β β β I must praise Jacky for the amount of patience he has. I can feel it whenever he speaks and gives instructions. His teaching and experience sharing have given me lots of ideas and how I should fine tune myself in guiding and training my puppy. My own readings online together with his enhanced guidance have allowed me to be a better pawrent to my 5 month's old Toy Poodle. I'm glad that I have engaged his training. Cheers to Jacky!
