โ โ โ โ โ Best location you can think of. Very nice staff especially Ms Vivian, very positive and welcoming. Infact all staff is very kind.
Only little smaller old rooms. Rest all its best to go for.

โ โ โ โ โ Stayed here for a week of business trip. Nice hotel, and very convenient to all public and private transport. Thereโs an outdoor gym (6/10) but next to the jacuzzi pool (9/10). Strange enough, the phone to call the reception is not working in the room. Wall are too thin and can hear the next roomโs noise and chatters. No work/study desk for the basic room. Room is equiped with things you would need in the rntire duration of your stay nonetheless.
Overall experience is good. Would recommend to those who have business and shopping trips around town area.

Forgotten to bring my charger went to reception a Vietnamese don't understand.there's a Malay security uncle which help us a lot.let us used his personal charger and even sent it up to us.5 star to this Malay security uncle.

โ โ โ โ โ I don't expect more..it's a budget hotel. Affordable price rates and not advisable for staycay. The only good thing about this hotel is the location. Very convenience.. it's located near MRT station, bus stop to town area. There's a convenience store nearby like 7-11.

โ โ โ โ โ I had a 4 night stay at Hotel Bencoolen and I was surprised by the exceptional service provided by the staff. There is this uncle by the hotel carpark, he is the most personable, approachable and friendliest staff Iโve met in Singapore. I would give him a million star review if I could. Thank you for cheering me up and making my stay so comfortable and at home. ??

โ โ โ โ โ You have to tell them everyday to get your room mopped otherwise the housekeeping will just do the bed and restroom.
If they forget to refill the tea sachet or anything & you remind them after 7 p.m then they will tell you that there is no housekeeping and you have to go down to front desk to get it.
There is Mr.Mohammad, who deserves to be somewhere beautiful, he is a gem in this garbage, he helps you in everything and everyday. He will guide you, he will treat you like his kid. All likes & stars for him but rest there is nothing.

โ โ โ โ โ Avoid if can. Booked one week in advance. They cancelled my room on the morning of the day itself, with no compensation although I asked
As i probe on the staff told me ceiling cracked, hence my room cannot be stayed. Definitely not safe! And Very old hotel.
