โ โ โ โ โ I would like to thank Jimmy and his crew team for taking care of me and the rest during our isolation period. The staff are very friendly and helpful when we require assistance.ย ย Everyday there is a staff in charge who calls us to check on our health status and if we require medicine,ย they will make sure the doctor calls us. The food are promptly delivered to our doorstep and very delicious. Really makes my stay very homely. Highly recommended. To the hotel team,ย keep up the good work and wish you all good health.

โ โ โ โ โ I opted to have myself quarantined in the hotel as I had an eldery at home who was just discharged from the hospital after a surgery, and for the peace of mind that she would not be at risk with my quarentined at home. Everything went well even after i was shown to my room. But for some reason, my roommate dislike having the aircon on, and he would switch it to fan mode, making the room super stuffy. Even if i switch on the aircon, he would turn it back to fan mode from time to time when the temperature was set at just 29ยฐC. I tried to request for a room change but was declined, I am not sure how am i suppose to recuperate when i am even sweating just by laying on my bed.

โ โ โ โ โ Good service at the Royale! We were pleasantly surprised to find Royale near to us, which is part of Accor group and enable us the privilege to dine in at 50% with a good ambience and service. Food was rather good too.
I checked out the price of the rooms and would probably come back for a staycation in the near future. It has a good location in town.

โ โ โ โ โ As a Accor member I had made a reservation 1,5 month before my requested stay from 10.08. onwards. They not ask for a deposit.
Today, 1 month before my stay I got an email that they have cancelled my booking because they need the rooms for an government (Covid-)program and I had no secured booking.
How rude is this behaviour? Before they cancel they could have asked me to give a deposit to save my booking. But nothing .....
Clients, be careful to book rooms from Accor Group, their business behaviour is very unreliable.

โ โ โ โ โ Thank you for the care shown during isolation stay. Room is clean. Meals are always served on time. Staffs are friendly and manager on duty would call daily to check if Iโm okay and how I am feeling.
Feels like home while recuperating.

โ โ โ โ โ Had my isolation stay at Mercure. Their room is clean. Food is always served on time and is very delicious. Staff is friendly and manager on duty would call daily to remind to do ART. Overall a very pleasant experience.
Would definitely return for a staycation.
