InterContinental Singapore - 80 Middle Rd

The Heritage vibe and the Bugis location made coming here an easy choice. There is a nice pool, with two smaller ones along side. The gym is well equipped and has a sauna in the changing room. What really made our stay special was the great service from literally everyone. A special mention would have to go to Anna in the Club Lounge, who was helpful, friendly and a made our stay stand out.

Thank you to all the staff at Intercontinental Singapore. You all made our stay fantastic and a special shout out to Anna in the Club Intercontinental for all her hospitality, kindness and sharing great info about Singapore with us. And to Robert at the door, Garry who helped me at reception, Matt at the bar in the lounge and everyone in general. To the GM.. you have a wonderful team and I hope you look after them... at every level. We will stay here again. Room was a great size, good air conditioning and very comfortable bed. Great location too. Highly recommended.

Came for the family room. Nicely done up and lots of fun for kids. Conveniently located near the pool for easy access. For overall experience would suggest that there be a welcome snack or something for the kids. Overall a nicely done up room and great for families

Spent a night to use the ambassador free night. Great location connected to the mall with lots of food and shopping options. The room had a nice decor with a beautiful tub. I was initially given a corner room but there was a loud neighbor next to me and the staff were very kind to accommodate me to another room. Ambassador benefits were honored except for the USD20 credit. Overall it was a nice stay.

Booked a premier suite to celebrate honeymoon and it comes with club access, which is the best thing ever for this stay. Overall the room was clean and the amenities were generous, but the sofa and carpets were dusty as the dust triggered the husband's sinus. It only happened whenever he was in the suite. The staff were helpful and polite, from the time we received a call from concierge saying that we can do early check-in till the day we were offered to do late check-out while having breakfast. The breakfasts were good and afternoon teas were refillable. The hors d’oeuvres served during evening cocktails were so good that we can't help but to ask for more refills. The highlights of this stay were definitely the evening cocktail sessions and Anna from Club InterContinental Team! She had been so cheerful and helpful throughout our stay. We didn't request for late check-out but the moment she knew we were here for honeymoon, she told us that she will help us check for late check-out on our last breakfast. This excellent personal touch we received from Anna is definitely the reason we will be back other than for the evening cocktails!

Clearly one of the best Hotels I have ever stayed in. I am Platinum Elite, & have stayed at many beautiful hotels. The level of service, the care factor, the stunning rooms, location, sleep quality, & incredible management made my stay simply perfection. Nothing was ever too much trouble. The breakfast setting at Ash & Elm is so impressive. Room service was so quick. The bed was so comfortable. If I had to be critical, I could only wish for an earlier breakfast start due to the time difference between Singapore & Australia. A larger size pool also. (It can get rather busy.). The convenience of having the shopping malls right next door, plus the MRT is priceless. It is my pleasure to give my highest possible rating for the InterContinental Middle Road, Singapore. I hope to be back by the end of the Year or early next.

A superb reception team who enhanced our celebration stay and made us feel welcome from the outset. The room with a view was superb and the bed very comfortable. All the staff that we encountered were polite, helpful and totally professional. The breakfast buffet was excellent. Thank you for a great experience. I would highly recommend the hotel on many levels and we look forward to returning in the New Year.

Wonderful, classic and classy hotel. Quality rooms, great service, great lobby lounge/bar/tearoom. I arrived extremely early before dawn from a London flight and they let me check in and get some rest with no problems. Nice tea time, a great way to spend some relaxing time in the hotel. When I spend a bit for a vacation-level stay, I like to spend time actually in the hotel. This hotel made it easy to enjoy myself.
