★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hidden roof top jacuzzi and sun deck. When you request to use the pool, the front desk will block the entire deck for your personal use. The official time allowed is 1 hour but I was able to work on my tan most of the afternoon.
Great water pressure.
A good value staycation with an unbeatable location close to the party spots in Clarke Quay and Boat Quay. Special thanks to Minh at the front desk with some spot-on recommendations and a great smile visible even behind a mask.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love the location near mrt and department store that I can walk to many places from hotel such as Clarke quay, ACM, Merlion park, MBS, National gallery Singapore, Old Hill Street Police Station. Room size is enough for us but I can hears the garbage truck noise in early morning ??

As big as the pictures but was ok.
The sofa pull out bed was good and yes the blanket is stained but still ok. Side table was not wiped and requires 5 wet tissues to remove old stains.
Area is good with 2 7 eleven within 5 mins walk so you can get your stuff 24/7.
The car park is locked you can ask the receptionist to open the 4 parking lot for you to park.
Balcony is without a table and the view is another building so nothing to speak off.
Tv only works upstairs and wifi is good

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Giving this hotel 3 stars as when we arrived at 530pm our room still wasn't ready and was not offered any compensation at all. We ended up going to the Gardens by the Bay after a long flight without being able to freshen up beforehand. Not a big deal.
When returning around 11pm, we came back to find the front door locked until some women who was in the back for a long time come and open it.
Room was nice and clean, had all the basic amenities a hotel should have and bed was comfortable. Also has a small pool on the 5th floor as well.
Hong Kong street seems to be in a good area and the hotel was good enough for the price so i'll probably stay here again if i'm in Singapore again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Three star hotel at best with very average service. Service is not upto the mark ! House keeping is just for name sake.
1. Bedsheets and pillow covers never changed, bathrooms never cleaned.
2. Water bottles, towels and coffee never replenished without frequent reminders.
3. Got charged $100 for 3 hrs early check in.
4. The sofa bed in my loft suite was so pathetic, I couldn't sleep well for 8 nights !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fully intend to stay here again next time I visit Singapore. Check out was midday, but flight not until 11pm. Staff securely held luggage after check out and even let my partner and I use a room to freshen up before we headed to the airport several hours after check out.
Location is brilliant for access to the various tram/MRT stations, WiFi was excellent and rooms a lot comfier than expected. I would recommend to any couple on a getaway holiday
