★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love how cosy this place was. Only downside to it was the small room though it was advertised as Executive Room, it is a lot smaller than the ones we saw on Traveloka. The receptionist and front desk staffs were friendly, tried to help us out when we needed to get a cork screw for our wine. It is close to Boat Quay and lots of night activities!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Left a pair of my retainers in a bright orange box in a clear ziplock bag next to the sink, called them to check if they saw my retainers. They told me housekeeer said don’t have and they cannot do anything about it. They even said they will call me but I had to keep calling to get an update with them and if they could compensate. Horrible service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great location, clean hotel, value for money and this hotel comprises 2 parts, the Hongkong St has the larger rooms and it was more than enough for 2 pax. Less than $100/night, solid deal!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff told us that the pool was closed due to Covid– yet every other hotel with a pool in the area is open! Apparently they have not filed the paperwork to allow guests to use it. We also couldn’t sit up there as housekeeping were not cleaning the area. Seems like they are either to lazy or lying to us to avoid extra work.
