Unlike others which are thick with flour, this stall has crispy and flavorful fried oyster egg. For a hawker standard, their oysters are big too!
Worth for the price. Yummy! ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I didn’t get to try the oysters but had satay instead. This review is for the satay. Not a long queue compared to the Malay ones. And you do get pork satay. I would say that this is average tasting at best. But not too pricey at 0.70 a stick. Satay had picture of pineapple grating but didn’t come with that. I was a bit disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This Stall 44 used to be a different stall - Teddy Bear BBQ Chicken Wings & Satay. I especially liked their satay and for years it was my go-to stall for that authentic Chinese styled satay and sauce.
While the main sign board has changed, the satay sign is still the same as the previous one.
The satay is surprisingly good - well grilled and the sauce is rich. I like satay sauce with a dash of pineapple sauce. Hope they read this and consider this suggestion ?
