Adeline is someone who genuinely cares about Cashew. We are first time dog owners who knew nothing about grooming. At our very first grooming session with Adeline, despite exceeding her operating hours, she sat us down for more than an hour to explain to us each and every part of Cashew’s grooming needs. She also taught us what we could do at home to help with Cashew’s skin problems. She would not recommend anything unnecessary. In fact, we could trust Adeline’s assessment by just telling her ‘just do whatever Cashew needs’ when we drop Cashew off. She was patient and receptive to feedback. Knowing that Cashew is a timid one with luxating patella on both her hind legs, she would be particularly careful and gentle with Cashew. She would always ask about Cashew’s response after each session in our next visit and make adjustment accordingly. For example, when we realized that Cashew is sensitive to shaving, she took care to not shave too close so that Cashew would not itch. It’s been a year with Adeline, and we are still learning lots from her each time! So thankful to see Cashew blossoms with each session (picture speaks a thousand words!).
