★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The flower wreath (CW16 Light of Purity) came out beautifully, and looks the same as the image on the website. Contacted them via whatsapp to confirm if they were able to deliver on the same day if the order was sent by noon, and they responded efficiently and very politely. (Really thumbs up for such a nice customer service!) Also, throughout the entire process, I raised several questions on how to fill in the order details, and the customer service personnel attended to my need, while being understanding, patient and helpful at the same time. Thank you so much. Good job!

I ordered a condolence wreath and it was delivered earlier than I expected which was great for the receiver. The wreath arrangement was nicely done and very much appreciated by the bereaved family.
I can imagine condolence flowers are always a rushed order and so I appreciated the effort it took to do a great arrangement and to get it to the wake as fast as they could.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kind of disappointed to see a $238 wreath looks the same as a $140 wreath my friend ordered. Sent a text message via Whatsapp to House of Wreath to asked if it was a mistake and get no reply at all. So I do not recommend ordering from them at all.
