Really lovely owner. I got a wax through Fave at a good price. Had to top up $20 for the "full treatment" but I expected that after reading other reviews so it didn't come as a surprise. They tried to sell me a package after but weren't at all pushy. The prices were good. The treatment was quick and thorough. Recommended.

Tried from Fave at first. But service is good and I continued taking packages with them after that. Owner is friendly and therapists are thorough in their work. They are not pushy with the packages and no expiry. So I take them since I need regular treatment anyway. Save me the hassle of hopping from one salon to another.

my first time getting waxed. i bought their deal on FAVE. and it was honestly the best treatment i could ask for. i was so nervous but the lady made it so easy and eased my worries. we were done so fast too! and they were very friendly. i wasn’t so afraid anymore. in fact, i was laughingg!! really the best staff. ? i will definitely purchase their package!!

I did a Brazilian waxing and as a first timer, the experience was really good!! I love how they are so nice and not pushy at all when it comes to packages! I have made another appointment with them next month and i look forward to it!! Thank you!

I'd stumbled upon this place via FaveDeals back in 2019. I went for the Brazilian Waxing once, was impressed with the service, and added on 2 or 3 sessions. Which I left over 2 sessions from 2019, and the spa will be dropping me reminder messages very few months, up to the recent October 2021! This is a first for me, as not all beauty salons send out reminders, and definitely won't continue sending reminders when the customer doesn't reply a single time in 2 years! Anyway, Brazilian waxing was very detailed, done very cleanly. Staff was very friendly, even gave advice about the pain, etc. (Local Chinese lady, long hair, with specs, not sure of her name.) From that visit, I bought the current November promotion, a dual package of $11 for facial + $11 for Brazilian Waxing, so that's $22 + GST for both items, and that's really cheap! I remember FaveDeal as $18+ for Brazilian Waxing alone, if I'm not wrong. Facial was a full hour, even at that price! Based on my skin condition, I was recommended a $15 upgrade for a hydrating mask, which I declined, and that was accepted without any hassle. Extraction was painful, but I guess that's how it is everywhere? Or that I really needed this facial. There was even a short massage at the end, for my neck, shoulder, and some 'smacking' on my back. Mine was a China lady, short hair. (But heard from my partner that hers didn't have the massage at the end. Hmmmmmm.) So! FaveDeals not always give customers the best deal, so if you're keen, can check out the Facebook page or call them up or give them a text. Just realised the FB page not very updated, still on the 10.10 promotion. Haha. (And heard that Fave takes a chunk out of the payment for FaveDeals, would love to find out about that!) Anyway, can help to support this small business. Boss is a very friendly and homey person, love my chats with her.

Tried my first brazilian here. The staffs were super friendly and keep assuring me throughout. Enjoyed my session here and plus point — it’s prime location! :-)

Quick and easy. Basic facilities. They don’t push you to sign up packages.

Please indicate clearly about the T&C before customer uses the FAVE voucher. They will require to top up money to do other part when it never indicate in the T&C. They are hard selling for their services too. Will not come back to this place anymore. Customer service sucks/
