Consider looking for Heng if you are looking to buy a VW. We received A* service from him - he helped us to find the right car for our family's size and needs, and was very responsive and on the ball when it came to the admin matters (e.g: financing, insurance etc) as well. Great experience and we would definitely recommend him to others too.

Recently bought a Golf R-Line car from Das Welt. Cynthia served me and gave me very good service as well as answering all my questions. Initially, I thought that she was too direct but later on after communicating more discovered that she actually comes with good will. Unlike sales person who can sometimes be quite dodgy, she was always upfront about things and does not over promise. In the end, she gave me much more than what I asked which really surprised me. Hence leaving a good review and kudos to her for the excellent service offered!

Contacted Heng from Das WeltAuto on 30th March 2021 as I wanted to test drive a VW Sharan unit listed. Heng promptly replied but unfortunately it was booked earlier the same day. Told him to let me know if there is a Sharan in the future, and he actively sourced one for me on the same day. Was able to arrange for a test drive of the unit on the same day based on my timing and the whole test drive and booking process was a breeze! Got my Sharan 2 weeks later on 14th April and Heng took the time to go through the car features with my wife and I despite the deal already done. We even asked him to show us other VW units out of curiosity despite clearly not going to buy any, and he enthusiatically showed us more than 5 cars. Looking to buy another VW in about 6 month to 1 year time and will definitely come back to Heng then!

My Wife and I had a most positive experience purchasing an ex-demo Volkswagen Golf Variant (stationwagon) R-Line from Das WeltAuto. We were looked after by Agnes. She was excellent and answered every question we needed to ask during the whole buying process. My wife and I appreciated how patient Agnes was throughout the whole process as it was the first time we had purchased a car in Singapore and was not completely across everything. We told Agnes that we were looking at a few dealers but that didn't phase her nor change her level of service. In the end, we chose to purchase the VW because we were very comfortable with our dealings with Agnes. In the end, she organised and took us through everything from the downpayment, do the finance, and then also took care to organise the insurance. She even showed up on her day off on the day we came to pick up the car. We definitely felt appreciated as customers. I'd also highly recommend Das WeltAuto as many of their cars are ex-demo with only a handful of kms on them (we received our car with only 6000 kms). Despite losing a few months on the COE, the savings afforded I felt were well worth the tradeoff.
