I bought a Second Hand Renault Kadjar from other Car Dealer. Initially I did my servicing at other workshop, but when my car got issue It was check by the same workshop that I went for servicing and was told there is so many issue. I decided to call in Renault. I was expecting it gonna cost a bomb! But is affordable and the next day I need to go a long trip to Malaysia driving. Christine Cusi, She answered my call, she is very polite and assist me by allowing me to find a slot so that I can come in ASAP! When I meet her in person really she is a nice lady, Im in stress mode due to my car issue, her tone and her personality and her word of assurance make me feel is gonna be ok and will be fix ASAP. She also answer all my 101 question patiently. Very Good Customer Service! Mr Peh who assist me to do the inspection of my car and tell me what to expect, Initially when he talk to me I thought my car will not be ready soon. Im gonna be doom as plan to travel is already been fix. He later called me in the noon they know the issue, inform me of the price if i agree to do or not. I think this is very good practice so People can expect what is the cost. I Get to know that my car do not have many issue like the other car workshop told me. In the afternoon received another call my car is ready. Im So Happy! Good service by him. Adeline Cheong, the last person I meet before i leave, talk to her during my car collections. She seem to know her product knowledge very well! Not only about the car but other services that she intro me and the explanation of what to expect if I services my car with Renault. I always taught going to agent price is gonna be a bom! but actually after what she say it actually give me a peace of mind if I service my car with Renault. Price not so bad after all. Will come back to do servicing with Renault. This is my First time do my car with Renault. For my next Car Servicing I will come and try servicing with Renault and Thank you for the good experience! I hope to have a good experience with them again. Keep It Up!

Service at Renault Singapore has always been a breeze. Carol, the lady at the front desk was exceptionally helpful and forthcoming. My husband forgot his wallet and she offered her ezlink card and even refused to take the money when we wanted to return to her. She was always smiling and willing to help. Rashid, the manger at Renault as usual, was professional, friendly and also warmth! Service at Renault is definitely 5 ⭐️

Sadly I had to edit my review in light of my recent experuence. I was told that I could charge my EV if I purchase at their showroom. I undestand policies change from time to time and now after I have bought my vehicle for about 2 to 3 months. I was told that only selected people can charge their vehicle! Well I felt dissapointed and cheated but I guess that how it goes. After purchase things change. Well done Renault as I will definately not recommend to my friends. Good Luck to you guys. I have been contemplating for a long time on whether I should convert to an EV. Adeline was very assuring and patient with all my questions, her followup customer service is commendable. Got my EV without any regrets. Whether getting an EV or a car I highly recommend her. Not forgetting the other service staff here are friendly and helpful. Well Done Renault!

Terrible service especially Peh. After sales is very bad, transactional and zero interest in finding a solution. Didn’t update the car system for 2 services in a row and he even insisted he did. After much pushing, another staff assisted to check the system and eventually they realised the version we had was 3rd when it’s already 9th version. Clearly, they don’t bother to check and that should be in the checklist of items to service. Will definitely not go back to Wearnes to service the car.

I would like to express my sincere thanks to Service Advisor, Mr Ivan Ku for his impeccable customer service. He has truly set the bar across the board for the perfect after sales experience He is possibly one of the best service advisors i have ever met in this industry. His attention to detail was unparalleled- going above and beyond in every aspect! He has truly impressed me with his patience, honesty and willingness to accommodate to all my needs and questions. I seriously cannot thank him enough for all the assistance he has rendered so far. My first servicing experience in July 2021 with Renault wasn't so good due to the fact that my car was scratched during the process. But i am happy to say that after meeting Mr Ivan Ku, now I can have a peace of mind leaving my car there, knowing that it will be in good and honest hands. Once again thank you so much Ivan!

Renault Singapore at Leng Kee has service managers who go the extra mile to address my Clio’s repairs that inevitably surface from wear & tear. After 3 years of coming back to the workshop I especially appreciate Mr Rashid who always responds with both promptness & courtesy to come up with cost effective solutions. Keep up the great service Renault!
