 I ordered a steamed bun, and the dough has been steamed very moist. Personally, I don't like the soft and rotten bun skin.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Moist and delicious pau done the Hong Kong restaurant way at a reasonable price. Chicken pau was full of tender whole meat. Char siew pau wasn't drowned in red coloring and was just the right taste.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve known the lady at the stall for years already, her food never fails to impress ! One of the only places with good hong kong styled steamed rice roll. Their Other steamed products is also always something to get ! Must check it out !
