Bad attitude of service..staff serving around 10.40 am..bad attitude..do a customer need to ask a carrier when buying a bread ??????

I love the coffee here! So far toastbox has the most consistent standard & good service. As I drink my coffee black and without sugar, I like the fact that the taste is strong yet not sour.

The counter staff who took my order was exceptionally friendly and courteous.

Don’t buy their Sakura theme products! What usually bakers or cooks do for Sakura products, they add in Sakura leaves for the taste, some times Sakura resemble of Ume (plum, 梅) due to the ume vinegar used to pickle the flower or leave. Some may add cherry essence. I bought 2 of these today, Sakura with plum cream, it’s so disgusting I threw away the one I ate half way and the other one that wasn’t open. Here is what they do wrong: 1. There is no Sakura taste but 2 tough and dried 雞蛋糕 with pink colouring. 2. The cream is supposed to plum that I should be Ume but instead it’s Our local 酸梅粉 and it’s THE CREASY MARGERINE CREAM. 3. It’s tough and dried and left this 酸梅粉 taste in my mouth and doesn’t resemble of anything Sakura based on any Japanese sakura desserts, beside a picked Sakura flower on top. Yet they are happily shouting out Sakura to fool the consumers. Don’t buy this because it’s full of trans fat - margarine. There is a bakery hit the right spot with their Sakura products. It’s at the B1 of city hall’s raffles city mall.

Tried this tea at toast box and felt blessed to have taste this tea after so many days in Singapore. Toast were icying on the cake. This is a must try for people visiting Singapore.

I give 1 start but let me clarifiy: this is against BredTalk, not this branch. How is it possible that nowadays, given all the ecological problem we face, there are still stores that give 4 plastic bags for 3 items? Don't you see the problem with that when most of the plastic bags will end in the nearest bin?
