★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered a Shepherd's Pie and a Pesto Tomato Chicken Wrap. The inside of the Shepherd's Pie was cold (like the service) but the biggest offender was that we were served a Satay Chicken Wrap, which had peanuts (my wife's allergic to them). Inexcusable and unacceptable, and you'd be better off spending your brunch money on Starbucks or Delifrance, all of which are in the vicinity.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lousy management. If your staff don’t remember every order then you need to ask for customer’s initials and don’t chat and laugh for jokes even seeing there’s a queue there. Double confirmed take-away for a sandwich but the other guy passed me a cup of coffee?! Then asked me what’s my order in a rude way, and the other girl insisted that I said latte? You should check your receipt!

- Coffee isn’t good.
Ordered the recommended M(elbourne) latte with oatmilk, iced. Don’t recommend it. Small cup of bad coffee for $7.30

So far the experience is far from good.
Just before ordering, 3 service staff were behind the counter on the mobile phone. Only upon ordering all 3 finally got to work with their tasks.
The chocolate muffin ordered was warmed up.
However it was still cold on the inside and outside.
Definitely not the best experience at HUGGS.
Had better experience at other outlet.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Apple crumble looks decent but it's still cold after heating up.. is the oven broken? how is this $6.90
I asked the staff if i could have some warm water (filled to my water bottle) and he sniggered and then said "50 cents". I can totally understand if there's some covid restrictions so the staff isnt allowed to fill bottles but i dont think that's the case. he sounded like he came up with the price on the spot by himself ? just wanted to have something warm to drink after eating the cold pie
