★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lovely estate with lush greens that are very well-maintained. The facilities here include a huge swimming pool, a gym, an open air garden, and various lounging areas. Parking spaces are located in the basement for easy sheltered access to the various apartment blocks rain or shine.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice environment and pool facilities. But huge downside is no shelter along main walkway, except if you go underground.
The poolside is also very dangerous at night. Picture a wet floor after rain, dark at night cause no bright lamps (prolly for residence comfort), the edges of pool have no lights so you don't know where it ends. You can fall into the pool anytime at night.
Hope they are not waiting for an accident before making a change.
