Sad to provide such feedback under these tough covid-19 situations whereby maintaining a business is tough. But have to still pen down this honest review as a genuine feedback for corrective actions and improvement hopefully. The rubber insert for the shower holder purchase was torn off shortly after few months of installation. When my ID went there to speak with them, he was requested to purchase a new whole set as they do not have the accessories (the rubber insert) for sale. Felt really absurd as firstly, the item was easily torn after few months of usage and secondly, there is no stock on such “easily torn” wear and tear parts and have to waste $ to purchase the entire set. Hopefully they can look into the matter seriously by discussing with the supplier or manufacturer to investigate the quality of these accessories parts and also provide alternatives to end users for availability of such parts for purchase in future.

I have been coming to Hupfarri for many years. I recently did up my kitchen and bathrooms and got almost everything from them - so far so good. Their selection of items is a bit limited but should be sufficient for most people. For the price range that their products are in, they are quite reasonably priced. Before you go, call ahead and make an appointment with Gabriel - I have been a few times and find that he is the best salesperson of the lot.

Very detailed and friendly staff. Applaud to Mr Gabriel Siow who has been a great help for us to select the best toilet accessories for our new home. Recommended to all to visit their outlet and you will not regret spending every cents. Service and products excellent!?

I bought some toilet and kitchen fixtures and have some fitting issue for the cooker. The response from the customer service was quick and resolve the issue quickly. Will definitely recommend this store ??

I bought two mirror cabinets from Hupfarri. The mirrors for both cabinets are chipped and the mirror doors for one of the cabinets are misaligned. I was not there to receive delivery and only saw the defects afterwards, at which point I notified Hupfarri. Their response was to point fingers at my contractor’s guys who were present at the time of delivery. The least they can do now is to offer a replacement. If I had known Hupfarri would be so unscrupulous I would have made a trip down to check everything on delivery. Instead I’ve had to source my own replacement from IKEA which is selling mirror cabinets at a fraction of the price. And the quality of the IKEA cabinets is way better than Hupfarri’s. Either avoid Hupfarri altogether (since the poor quality doesn’t justify the cost and their customer service is atrocious) or be eagle eyed when the items arrive and refuse to accept delivery for any items with defects.

16 April 2022: Updated to response to Hupfarri's response. Well, I have to respond as there are some parts of dishonesty / I’m puzzled by it. #1: "withheld some information ..." - I'm not sure what information I have withheld. Probably I have sent him 8 photos of defects but I have only uploaded 2 to Google review? Let me just upload all the 8 defects photos then. Maybe this gives a better sense of what the defects really are, so the rest of you can see exactly the rusted / peeling toiletries accessories & loosened toilet roll holder look. Otherwise, please be clear about what information I have withheld and I'm happy to clarify. I have not received any clarifications from you via our messages that the photos were not clear or insufficient. #2: "we had suggested that he could bring the case up to relevant authorities and/or bodies that can assist in an objective resolution." - this was NEVER communicated to me at any time throughout my conversation with him; it was totally not true. It is very unnecessary to defend yourself in an untruthful way or paint a nice picture of yourself when it did not happen. This unprofessional attitude makes me very disheartened by your after sales. To add on following his reply: I have explained that the issues have started to happen around 5 months but we were busy preparing for our new born baby hence only managed to share with him later on. It's so upsetting and frustrating how this matter was managed as it puts the blame entirely on the user for a poor quality product that can't last. I just wanna say if it's good, it's good. Good products last years and years, no need to round up to 1.5 years and go into "calculating" into months. Also I don't know how bad can a toilet roll holder wear and tear? How do you wear and tear the cover flap then (see attached for other roll holder)? Anyway to the rest, buy at your own risk. :) 12 April 2022: First Post. *Rusted / Peeling Toiletries Accessories + Loosened Toilet Roll Holder* - Defects started to show up in less than 1 year. In fact, this is the first poor review I have given before in Google. This shows how horrible it is and I hope other home owners do not experience what we have gone through. Don't be fooled by the great service when you shop there because the after sales support is 360 degree change of attitude and they become defensive in replies. We are utterly disappointed by the follow up sales from Gabriel who seems like the boss. Unfortunately for a boss himself to handle like this, will his staff be any better? On the Rusted / Peeling Toiletries Accessories: Gabriel has shown poor keenness to resolve - pushing it to "wear and tear" or mentioned that we used "chemical sprays / residual chemical fumes" from cleaning up. But seriously? These are all bathroom accessories. Shouldn't they be able to withstand normal household washing agents? Moreover we did not even wash their so-called electroplated accessories yet, we only washed the toilet flooring and toilet bowl. So now the toilet cannot even be washed because of their so-called electroplated / poor quality products which cannot take "residual chemical fumes"?? Ridiculous. On the Loosened Toilet Roll Holder (some more in a dry bathroom area): The toilet roll holder loosened and dropped off from their attachment without tugging on the holder when using the toilet paper. I'm puzzled. It can’t even hold the weight of a toilet roll and withstand unrolling of the toilet paper while using it. It reflects how bad their quality is and the practicality of the product. We have maintained our place very well. It's sad to point out that their products have ruined the sight and impression i.e attachment of the toilet roll holder without the roll holder (see attached for photo). Their products are the only defects so far in our well maintained house. The worst of is that all these are "fixed" fixtures so it involves drilling into the wall. So if you do not want to put more holes into your tiles, I strongly recommend not to get any toiletries from Hupfarri.

My experience with Hupfarri has been very positive so far. The items are of good quality, and a few months in are working well. I had to approach Hupfarri recently to get something looked at and they were very responsive and quick to assist. Gabriel has been very helpful and friendly. All in all, a very good experience and the service quality is something worth commending! Thank you Hupfarri.

This is my second major purchase from Hupfarri. My experience has been excellent both the times. When looking to buy something significant - typically I (and I assume everyone), look for Quality, Great Promo pricing and a dependable after Sales Service. I have to say I got all three from Hupfarri ... the bathroom accessories I purchased 3 years are ago are working flawlessly .... and the ones I just got are amazing too. Gabriel is an excellent Sales person - look for him, if you are looking for value and quality recommendations. He was excellent to deal with. I had to go back to him a couple of times for an exchange and to buy additional stuff - he was cheerful and prompt. Hupfarri gave replacement for one of the faulty accessories without any questions... Overall, I'd highly recommend the place for all things bathroom and Kitchen!
