★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am a walk-in customer and I was warmly greeted by Hani. I availed the Callous Pedi Treatment. Hani was very professional and thorough in her work. She was very gentle and attentive. When it came to sharing with me the available packages, I had to decline as I still have some balance in another shop. I greatly appreciated that Hani understood and did not hard sell. Her tone and demeanor also didnt change - she was still very friendly. Once I finish my package in the other shop, I will definitely consider moving over. And for ad hoc situations, I can also consider Nailz Gallery as my go-to. THANK YOU HANI FOR THE QUALITY SERVICE WITH A SMILE! ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had my manicure & pedicure done by Rubiee & Hani, and had a pleasant aftersales experience. After I did my nails, I had scratched one of my nails just within 1 hour while shopping at the mall. I went back to Rubiee and she gladly help me redo the scratch nail and also help to redo another one where she felt it has also been scratch (but it is not obvious to me). ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A 5-star experience for me! My manicurist was Rubee. I couldn't decide on the colours and Rubee was really patient in helping me make a choice. I took her recommendation and my nails turn out really nice! She was meticulous as well, redoing 2 of my nails from scratch even though I have not notice anything wrong with them. We had a good time chatting! Walked out with a package not due to hard-sell but because I truly enjoyed the service. Will return soon to try their nail art skill. :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ walked in as my nails was chipped during my last visit in other nail salons and Hani served me and helping me to do my manicure gently. she was friendly and I hope that my nails don't chip off so easily again haha! good experience and will be back again doing nail arts the next round ? thank you hani !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rubi and Nat were amazing, their service were top notch. Nat did my pedicure and was very meticulous, she cleaned it so well and now looked amazing. Rubi was equally good, and amazing doing my manicure. Had a lovely time talking to the ladies and no hard selling at all. Will definitely come again! My sister had her pedicure with May Sin and had an amazing experience as well, super meticulous, clean and experienced. WILL DEFINITELY COME AGAIN!
