I.Medical counter ladies are rather harsh in answering enquiry. Will not visit I.Medical again. The ladies at I.Dental are much more polite though.

Your medical needs under one roof. Needing simple medical ailment to specialised consultations. Paying a visit to them, you know you are in good hand. From nurses to doctors, over here consulting is more than giving advice. 5?????for them.

Reached clinic at 2020. Waited 5 mins and was told by the dental staff that it’s closed whereas the timing on the website stated at 2100.

Went to iMedical to see doctor for a sore throat today. Was the first patient at the empty clinic. Doctor was helpful in explaining my symptoms and treatment. Can’t say the same for the assistant lady. She was prickly and impatient through and through. Didn’t like the way she talked to my husband when he presented his company insurance card. She seemed annoyed that she had to do extra work to find out which type from the system. Later, when I enquired abt the sore throat lozenges that doctor prescribed, if it’s the same with the ones I already have at home. She wasn’t very happy, “you still want to know the brand ah?” “doctor said it’s different” and kept throwing the question “so you want or don’t want” at me, as if I wanted to scrimp a few bucks on the meds (why should I when it’s covered by insurance?!). As a patient, I deserve the right to know what goes into my body. I would understand the attitude if the clinic is very busy and I’m taking up time from the next patient. But even after we left, we were still the only patrons there. She might mean no harm. But as a service staff member, a little courtesy and warmth would be appreciated.
