GoodDoctors Medical Clinic - 02-55

Clinic staff is not wearing N95 or PPE. There is no number system and when asked how long the Q will take, staff simply said 30 mins. In the end we wait for 1 hour 45 mins. Staff Victoria is not professional and she shouted at my husband. Staff did not check patient’s temperature when we enter the clinic and none checked if we checked in. Feels very unsafe. Unfortunately, I’m not well and it’s 2nd day of CNY and there no clinics around my area. Which sucks.

Very little empathy from attending doctor (Dr Yadav). Consultation look less than 2 minutes. My 2nd time here over the past year and no changes seen. Customer service is poor.

Brought my girl here after tested positive. Receptionist wad very nonchalant after I told him about it. Entered to see a doctor with headphones on. Told him abt our girl testing positive and he tested her again on ART. Asked us super random questions like how old my hub and I are. Like seriously?! No advice given like how high a fever to admit her. Gave paracetamol with too low a dosage. Doc didnt even wear his mask properly. Terrible.

The worse clinic ever, especially the doctor is an very old lady (maybe hearing got problem also) every question will keep on repeat, the doctor's name is Ranjeet Naturulla, very terrible. Super errogent and rude. She is not qualified for a doctor anymore. She purposely ordered the medication that I no need and even though I told her I am pregnant, unable to take, but she still insist. Terrible!

Worst clinic I have ever been to. Came in to a sneezing and runny nose receptionist. Told them its my first time here. Receptionist pointed to a registration form without saying a word. After filling up, pass it to him, he pointed to another thing for me to scan to see the doctor. Before even filling up, the doctor called me in. No queue number no nothing. Doctor didnt even take a sit to diagnose me. Went in and out within 15 seconds. Was given antiobiotic cream and pills but honestly I don’t dare to take it. Will be going to another clinic for second opinion. Very shady place.

been there around 3-4 times and every time i go there, the service was always terrible. the first two times i went, the receptionist ( a chinese lady) was always rude and dismissive. She would always reply me rudely, and had no manners. the third time I went, I tested positive for covid. After taking the ART test, I was told to wait 15min but instead i waited for more than 30mins. During the wait, I was not even separated away from other patients despite being positive and risk spreading the virus to other patients. I was also having fever and severe migraines, yet they took their own sweet time to give me the medication. I even overheard the staff talking about buying lunch and even went as far as to go down to get her lunch. I understand that the staff have to rest and grab their lunch / dinner. However, sick patients are still waiting inside the clinic. Instead of making them wait, why not close the clinic for 1 hour so that all the staff can get their breaks ?? The last time I went in was for gastroenteritis and was feeling very nauseous. However, the doctor asked me unnecessary questions (e.g if i was local) and even decided to quiz me on medications after I told him I studied the field. Mind you, I was nauseous and had just vomited. Was this really necessary? I even heard him mumble comments after I answered his questions wrongly. To whoever decides to come to this clinic, think twice. I would much rather take a cab to another clinic than to ever experience the service from here again.

They didn’t even measure temperature and gave fever medicine. I didn’t have fever and not sick that time. They just give anyhow. Doctor said to test ART outside. But no communication or what, I didn’t know. The reception nurse didn’t wear even mask. Just for show only?
