β β β β β Go to other branches if you can. The one at nex is much more spacious with large booths and inset hotspots. Here at the suntec outlet it is a gas tank stove and a steel hotpot. It takes up a lot of room on the table and it was hard to fit our food and plates.
Also one auntie wasnβt very friendly and seemed irritated in general. She rapped on our table rudely and said weβd overshot our dining time by 15 minutes. But we didnβt see why it would matter because there were plenty of empty seats available. The other staff were alright. At nex pre-Covid thereβs a large buffet where you can take any ingredients you want. I donβt see any buffet table here. You have to order on a slip. I wonβt come to this shabu sai again.

β β β β β The ice aze shiratama is my favorite. Lovely drink with motcha thickly coated ice drink. Mille crepe is delicious! The Suntec branch is probably less crowded than 313 Orchard.

β β β β β Shabu Sai is always been my top favourite steamboat hotspot especially at Suntec branch, been visit past 2-3 years since, and always satisfied my cravings when it comes to steamboat, the service is perfect for the past years of visit, miso and tomyam is always been my choice of soup base, I love the red chilli and peanut sauce goes well with everything!

β β β β β Service was good. Priced very affordable buffet hotpot. We chose herbal chicken soup and yuzu collagen soup base, but can't tell the difference, basically it's thickened chicken soul base..

β β β β β Comparatively value for money solo diner better deal. My bill $22 with taxes added drinks n a soft serve. Although dining timing was imposed I had 3 adequate servings. Choice of broth n meat cutβs aplenty. Staff very attentive n fast to come with my top up servings request. Itβs was full house during lunch time. Special shout out to Staff Ms Elise offer good customer service.

Nothing I can really comment as didn't leave a deep impression on me on the food.
Staffs are nice. Soup is good as no MSG.
Not really impressed by their add-on techniques here. Add for beef. Add for drinks.
