I had a GREAT experience there! Unfortunately I do not know of her name, but the young Malay woman who served me through out was patient, gentle and overall a calming and nice person to talk to! She wasn’t pushy and took care of me the entire process. Recommend!

Horrible experience which this shop! I bought their so called "grand opening" facial voucher thru FAVE platform and I am very aware that the voucher does have expiry date! So I called the branch located at this Triple 111 Somerset to book my facial appointment to ask if I can go the next day or the next two day, The lady picked up my call and said that they do not have any slots until October. And I was surprise and asked her how since the voucher expiry date is XXX. She told me not to worry that I can still go ahead to book my facial appointment on October and they will still allow me to redeem it. Today I went to their door step (Triple 111 branch) to redeem and they do not allow me to redeem and blame me is my fault that I overlook my voucher expiry date. They even asked me to settle myself with FAVE to get the refund. Very unprofessional and I felt that I am cheated indeed I am. I am very regretted and I hope others who using their services please be aware.
