Didn’t enjoy the experience. Ordering can only be done via the app. Still prefer Gong Yuan Ma La whereby we can pick the ingredients we want. Although there was nobody in e restaurant, we waited for 25 mins for our food to be served. The service staff was not very friendly either. The fish wasn’t fresh. Didn’t finish. But the pork bone golden soup was nice. Ordered the side as well; Spicy SINGA dumpling, but the dumpling came in a pathetic small bowl. Will still go for traditional Gong Yuan Ma La restaurant.

Very disappointed with the service. They gave our order to another customer and did not apologise. We already waited for quite some time for our food. No service recovery was done as well. Also do not like the fact that order is done via the app, hope they up their customer service. The food wasn’t as good as the other outlets as well

Very good delicious ma la soup and excellent service from the staff! This outlet has no self service display. U pick food from a menu. All food items looks v fresh. Especially love their fish rolled tau kee n sweet potatoes noodles. Soup quality is always ?

slightly pricy, but the soup was tasty! We got the 中辣 which wasn’t very spicy at all, so recommend upping the spice level

They used to charge by weight but to simplify online ordering, some of the items go by pieces now. Because of that, some of the items are really not worth it so avoid those and you’ll be fine. We got ourselves two bowls (mala tang and pork bone broth) that complemented each other really well and it was more than enough for us 3 to share! Taste was pretty good, but take my review with a pinch of salt, I haven’t had much mala in this lifetime. Also, the medium level of spice was barely spicy. Minus one star for the many flies flying around.

Good sharing Mala bowl. MOQ 8items/bowl Mild spicy is acceptable for non-spicy eater. If you like spicy, better go for medium and above. Refreshing taste. Price-wise, quite high compared to normal Mala Tang shop Can be a good dope if you craving for Mala hot pot, but alone... ? Next time I may try their tomato soup too

We got the mala soup (least spicy ver) and a dry mala version! Both are yummy and the total cost of 2 full bowls is only $26 which I think it's okay. The fish slices are very fishy though, would not recommend.

I quite like this mala offering by the Royal T group, the same folks who brought us LiHo. I had the dried and also soup version. The stock is quite tasty. I prefer the soup version. You can choose what you like and they could serve it up. It's good as I feel it's safer as the food is not displayed and exposed to all the guests for the viewing and choosing. There is adequate selection of meat, fungi, seafood and vegetables. The outlet is rather small so do expecting some crowd during peak hours.
