D	Denise Ding on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor craftsmanship and far worse customer service. The owner Noel is rude, irresponsible, and dishonest. Out of 5 leather items I dropped off to get fixed, 2 had major issues. The fact that establishments like this can exist and survive is fundamentally disappointing.
L	Lan Tran on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We came to the Masterfix at Raffles City on a Saturday at around 1:30pm from suggestion of Kate Spade after they couldn't fix a wallet. The repairman said "Give me a minute" and then actually returned with the fixed wallet in a minute! We asked how much it cost and he said no need. We were very impressed with the efficiency and kindness of the repairman. Thank you!
M	Mindy Loh on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Presumably the owner, Noel was really sarcastic when I asked him questions about the repair. If don’t want to do my job, just say. There is no need to take digs at your customer when they asked you nicely, and are in fact paying you to do your job.

I usually send in my new shoes before I put on for adding the soles and heels to make them stable. Today is the 2nd time their staff made my new leather shoes scratched due to their careless. And even worse that the guy defended himself saying that my shoes was like that when I sent in. I usually buy shoes where made in Italy meaning only one piece in Singapore, I every time checked through carefully at the shoe shop before purchase because none of us wants to buy a pair with scratches. I am leaving this comment to feedback my disappointment to the Owner, also remind others when you send your shoes in. You may choose other shops with better and careful service.
H	Huiqi Lim on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brought my Salvatore flats for have the heel repaired which dropped out at work. The storeowner (a spectacled man) came to me promptly in a friendly manner. However, he said the flat heel can only be nailed in, claiming it cannot be glued (contrary to my other cobbler's claims). I was horrified and said that would spoil my shoes, and it had been done without nailing any part of the sole/heel before! He said he can glue it, but it won't last.. which I felt extremely puzzled over. I took my shoes back, and went back to my cobbler at Far East Plaza.. who fixed my Salvatore shoes so quickly and securely without the single use of a nail! The skills and experience of the cobblers clearly differ.. I won't be bringing any of my expensive shoes here at all.

I never tried shoe repairs before because I was told that here in Singapore it would be better to buy a new pair than have the old broken ones repaired by a cobbler. This shop definitely corrected this sort of mentality. I now regretted tossing away my old shoes that only needed minor repairs. So I am so glad to have found this shop. It's affordable and the service is of good quality. Most of all, the guy (Mr Adam - if I am not mistaken) is very professional and friendly. The character of the person I deal with matters much to me all the time.
S	Sharin Lim on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in to enquire if they could do a battery change for car keys and was told no, I must go back to agent to get it done. I kindly informed her that actually other key shops have this service and not necessary to go back agent but its OK if they don't have this service. And as I left the store the short haired lady who served me said "siao!" Extremely rude and unprofessional. It's totally acceptable if you don't offer a service, but to give wrong information and then scold people "crazy" when they offer new information to them is truly disrespectful and uncalled for. Absolutely disguted and very much understand why their overall rating is so bad.
