We are now both consulting Dr Ian, another great doctor who is honest and professional. I find the doctors and staff at IDS polite, and very caring. Thank you IDS for taking excellent care of us. My skin has improved so much that no foundation is required anymore, all thanks to the consistent care and guidance from Dr. Ian and beautician Kym from IDS Novena Clinic. More important to note personally, received absolutely no hard selling at this clinic which was a very refreshing experience. I now go out confidently with glowy clean skin – my new form of make up. I trusted both my doctor, Dr Ian and my consultant/therapist Chrislyn. Dr Ian is very patient and will listen to my problems or concerns whenever I see him and he will provide me the necessary advice based on my needs, with no pressure. He will take time to explain the procedures clearly and make sure I am comfortable and good during the process. Chrislyn is professional, attentive consultant/therapist who provides excellent services. My skin does outbreak from time to time, she will recommend me the suitable treatments based on the needs of my skin condition. Because I trust them (and IDS), I know I will be in good hands each time I visit IDS, without a worry and leave me smiling always. Definitely my go to place for all skincare matter!

Products / steps recommended have proven to be effective. The staff are warm and friendly too. I’d highly recommend you to try out the facial at IDS if you have stubborn acne. My complexion has improved tremendously without the consumption of any pills. :))

I have been seeing Dr Lum at IDS for my skin woes for 2 years and counting and I can only say my face is in her good hands ever since! Their clinic staff (Kym in my case) are also well-versed in their product knowledge and provide good recommendations without any hard-selling! Well-recommended to all!

This was after I tried unsuccessfully with 2 other facial companies to clear my skin. Their pricing is also value for money compared to the other facial companies that I previously went to. Therapist Kym is very thorough in her extraction and the products that IDS sells are effective. I like that their products are backed by dermatologists. Highly recommended!

I also like that there is a systematic and logical approach to my daily morning and night skin routine that makes it easy for me to stick to. My normally problematic skin has reacted very well to a week of the products. My favourite is the recovery serum RS which makes my skin feel soft, hydrated and supple and also, the delicate toner T2 because it smells lovely and is very light for my skin.
