The products from iminxx are fairly decent and the in-store experience is alright. Although I had a bad experience with their customer service team. I had left a bad but constructive review for their air-ee seamless bra in December. initially, they promptly emailed me asking about my concerns and giving me alternatives. I thought this was great! However upon my reply (which they prompted me for) I received no response. I also found out that my review was deleted. Makes me wonder if all their less than 4 star reviews have been deleted on their other products. Is there a point to having a review column if the reviews are tampered with and skewed?

Ordered from their 11.11 sales along with the new launch during priority access and items took nearly a month to reach us. DM-ed on Instagram and they very conveniently ignored until I threatened to pursue it further. Said that it’ll take 18 WORKING DAYS to pack and ship parcels to customers. Worst online shopping experience ever!

(Orchard Gateway) In-store experience was great, not sure what’s with the negative reviews. The bras here always fit well (lifts and supports), but it runs a band size smaller. Went today (21/11/21) Sat at 5.30pm. Didn’t got their names but the malay lady was super friendly and ensured I got the correct size (double checked the quality and fit). She was knowledgeable as well (about both the products and correct fitting) The chinese lady was super friendly, we talked about about coffee! Great experience and made me feel welcome!

IMINXX has really hyped up digital marketing and fairly good quality products. However, the in-store experience is really bad. I went to the Orchard Gateway outlet to make exchanges for my online purchases during the 11.11 sale. It was a weekday, during the mid-afternoon, and while there were a few customers there for the same reason too, overall I wouldn't say they were very busy. The staff are quite cold and ignore you until you approach them. They are very impatient in answering questions, and it's almost as if they can't believe you don't know the answer already. They cannot advise on the fit of a bra, so do come prepared with your own knowledge of how you want your bra to fit and what size you want to change to. Their ops process is terrible as well. The first staff was manually writing the SKUs of the products on a piece of paper before the second staff repeated the entire exchange process through her ipad. Overall, the most exciting part is looking through their instagram page and making my order. The entire experience after that was very disappointing, from the 3 weeks delivery time, to the lacklustre in-store experience. I really want to support a local brand, but I feel like they've bitten off more than they can chew, and still have a long way to go in improving their ops processes.

i dont know why got so many bad reviews...i think their bras are quite okay and their customer service is alright too...my first purchase was via online order and their air-ee bras fits perfectly on me and i hand wash them all the time to retain the shape. the material is quite sensitive to sharp objects, it may spoil the material if you accidentally have contact to the bra...and the OC staff was very friendly and helpful too.

Went to Orchard Gateway outlet today, maybe I am in better luck than the rest, was ready with bad service reading these reviews but ended up a very pleasant in store experience. There’s only one lady at the front desk with 4 customers all either testing out sizes or request for exchange due to wrong size bought online etc. Not too busy but one staff with all customers asking questions waiting to be served at the same time can be challenging yet this Chinese lady (Shame I didn’t get her name) is very helpful though overwhelmed by the requests. She’s polite and respectful to her customers and did the job requested. Bra quality wise I’m very happy with the size of the testing bras but didn’t realised the new ones might be tighter. Bought many of them will try out tomorrow and if dont fit there’s 30 days to exchange. Overall happy with the purchase and experience.

Honestly I’ve bought from iminxx 4 times, and all 4 times there were issues, be it sizing, defect, quality issue etc. The only reason I still buy from them is because I can’t find similar products anywhere else but seriously they need to improve their quality and sizing checks. And trying in store didn’t solve the problem for me because the samples were so worn out to the point that they were loose. They also don’t allow trying of new pieces due to “covid reasons”. The new piece did not fit me at all despite being the same size as the sample I tried. Quality wise, does not live up to its price. Only worth it if you’re buying on major sale. You can tell that they don’t last long from the way the samples in stores are worn out with loose threads etc. I even had a brand new piece with one hook dropping off immediately.

I don't even know where and how to start. I am beyond frustrated with them. If I am give ZERO stars, I would have done that. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM UNLESS YOU CAN WAIT 2 TO 3 MONTHS. They have no sense of timeliness. After you place order, they will send ah email telling you by DD/MM/YY, your order will ship out. Then you will be waiting for 1 week and there is no order update if your order has shipped out. THEN.... You will have to write in.... and guess what, each email they will take MANY DAYS to reply. So bearing in mind, my order is already late by 1 week. Nearly 1 week later, I received a response saying my order is in queue and they are dispatching. Then I waited another 2 MORE WEEKS. No updates again. So I had to email again and this round yes, I waited another 1 week for a response. 1 week later, they told me order is shipped out. Guess what, the consignment number they gave is not working. I had been checking daily and its the same response from courier company... tracking number is NOT VALID.... I had already emailed them and now I wonder HOW MANY MORE WEEKS MUST I WAIT to get my order or even a response from them. I DOUBT I WILL EVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM. IF I PUT MY ITEMS ON A SNAIL AND THE SNAIL WOULD ALREADY REACHED ME BY NOW.
