Great looking boutique and Edward was around, definitely with domain knowledge about the shoes and level headed too, which was terrific. I would have rated the store lower 2/5 if not for him giving me time and talking me through my queries. I didn't get the models I was interested in and the Blacksmith was in the associated outlet next door, and on clearance. I didn't mind that the pair I got was a 12/14 that's Dec 2014 manufactured pair, assurances offered by the sales staff aside. The girls next door were not helpful but the jolly Roger there was, and very helpful. I should have gotten his name. He had a limp in his gait but if you don't rush him, he's also a mine of information and willing to help if you're a sincere buyer. The boutique on the other hand irritated me with its pretentiousness; any where else in the world you get more respect if you're there for work shoes, but here, it's all about lifestyle, understandably. This disappointed me because if you think about all the industrial requirements for an economy like Singapore with our offshore, O&G sectors etc but I guess those blokes either get them at Queensway or Peninsula and shun these types of retail stores. And we are talking about hundreds of thousands of workmen. But why would they buy Red Wings? Exactly. So it's all 'lifestyle' now. This explains why I really didn't want the new models with their synthetic soles. I think this is why serious buyers have to get their pairs in the US. I did feel that if I was 20+ getting a pair, I would have gotten better service; but I'm just some 60 year old dude who needed safety shoes for offshore work. ??‍♂️

Went there to buy my first pair of decent boots after reading many reviews. Sales rep was very helpful in sizing guidance and explaining the different aspects of the boots, different designs, the company, and the history. 100% recommend!

Great selections and quality products, have promotional offers and sale. Staffs are very polite and really helpfull. they will recommend best products for our needs. Services are highly recommended.

Look out for Han, Edward and Shafiq. Very engaging and knowledgable. Recommendations was logical and practical where Redwings are your daily asthetic and comfort solutions in harsh environments. Despite our lack in knowledge for leather boots specially for ladies, Han was dedicated in providing experiences and recommendations.

Service is top notch!!! I've also been to the flagship store in Red Wing, Minnesota and the decor in Singapore looks pretty legit and similar. Great shoes, workmanship and aftercare.

Walking into the store felt "demoralising" because they have a wide range of boots on display. We met Han, he was very helpful and friendly. My fiancé's soles was well taken care of. Han absolutely had a great knowledge about the precise size including the length and width (as we know, different people have different fittings). He thoroughly explained on various ways to maintain the shoe and make sure that we were comfortable with the choice of shoe, without making us feel guilty. It was worth it. Overall, a great experience and an excellent service at Red Wing Shoe Store!

The service at Red Wing (Orchard Gateway) was excellent. Their Iron Ranger Copper Rough & Tough Boots are made of quality leather materials and the construction is traditional and durable. The staff are friendly, know their products very well and offer good advice on cleaning and conditioning. Overall a great buying experience. It will take a few months to break them in but I’m sure the leather uppers will last for over 10 years if conditioned properly.
