★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ate Hokkaido Miso ramen costing $21.50. The pork slices were very hard and tough as though they were kept for a few days and they were the main ingredients. Very bad experience and will sure not return nor recommend. When I complained to the young chef he said the pork slices were torched! So disappointing after paying so much for a bowl of ramen!
