β β β β β 20220524 the ramen is awesome if you like very hard noodles. Theyβre even harder than ippudo. Tried the signature truffle ramen dry. If you like truffle, go for this. Itβs a small place with friendly and helpful staffs

β β β β β Food is nice for the truffle flavoured ramen but customer service is bad. Not attentive and unwelcoming vibe. Servant is rather in her own world and hardly spoke a word to customer. With this price, I'm sure there are better services at other ramen joints nearby.

β β β β β I had their Signature Truffle Ramen(Dry) and their Pork Gyoza. Both were yummy!
Only wish the ramen was served in room temperature even if it is meant to be dry and somewhat chilled. Though I am not sure if that was intended to be.
The servers were polite and prompt.
It was a Thursday evening around 7pm.
It was my third time there and I would like to try out some of the other sides.
Maybe the Black Truffle Edamame as well as the Nagoya chicken wings the next time.
Previously I had the Tonkotsu Ramen and Flaming Hot Tonkotsu Ramen which were also nice.

I tried the tonkotsu ramen this time and didnβt enjoy it as much. Lack of the umami flavor ?

β β β β β Loved their perfect onsen eggs and dry truffle ramen. It was nice that you can choose the doneness of their noodle and topped with real truffle slices on it. Chasu were great!! If you prefer slightly hard ramen, choose "normal".
However, their gyoza were petite and not much taste to it..
As for the black garlic ramen, it has the strong garlic flavor in the broth. Do take note onsen egg was not included in the ramen (so need to add)? staff were polite and approachable ?

β β β β β Dry truffle ramen is served cold. The pork slices are a little tough but still flavorful enough. Ramen soup a little underwhelming when compared to other ramen restaurants in Singapore. Pork gyoza is quite good and worth a try.
