Osler Health has been extremely professional, forthcoming and patient with us - helping us through our process with the pre-departure PCR test. We would also like to extend our personal thanks and gratitude to Elizabeth who went over and beyond to assist us and make us feel at ease. Actual test, processing time and after-appointment care was also very prompt.

Osler Health - an exceptionally thoughtful, dedicated and kind team of doctors and professionals. We started attending this medical clinic as a family this year and for each visit, we have received the highest standard of care, but my most recent experience with the clinic really stands out. We attended the clinic last week with what turned out to be a condition that required my 5yo daughter to be admitted to hospital for immediate care. The entire team were absolutely phenomenal, from the nurse who took my initial call and tried to accommodate an earlier appointment, to Dr Valerie who very calmly and thoroughly examined my daughter and advised us on next steps once it was evident that a trip to A&E was required, to the lovely nurse that popped a muesli bar in my bag in case I got hungry waiting for admission, and also called the next day to see how we were all getting on and to find out if my daughter had in fact been admitted to hospital and to get an update on her condition. We cannot speak more highly of the team!

Amazing service, Claire made the whole process extremely smooth and stress free for pre-flight Covid tests, which is exactly what is needed when handling an already stressful situation. Everyone was very kind and the clinic itself is gorgeous.

I have sent my helper to this clinic a few times now - for an overall check up and also some vaccinations. Each time, the staff have made my helper feel at ease and have been super helpful. She really likes it there. While I didn't attend the consult with my helper, I had a number of email exchanges with the doctor to confirm follow up treatment. Excellent service from all staff involved. I'm glad I have found this place.

I couldn't recommend Osler Health enough. The doctors are wonderful family doctors who are extremely empathetic and you're immediately made to feel at ease by the wonderful reception staff. I've been to see both Dr Valerie and Dr Neil - both fantastic!

We did the pre-departure PCR test here. Friendly and professional staffs. Making an appointment was also very easy. They were very responsive via call or email. Results came out on the same day of the swab test too. It is highly recommended.

I saw Dr Neil Forrest at Osler Health after my daughter cut her head. He and the rest of the team were fantastic from start to finish. Guided my daughter through the procedure and made her feel totally at ease and comfortable. Osler Health exceeded my expectations with a holistic and modern approach to health and wellbeing. What made it an exceptional experience was the warmth of Dr Valerie and the entire team. It is a welcoming and comfortable space, and importantly they take the time to talk and listen. Having lived in Singapore for 10 years and visited most International Medical clinics, this is a great place to try. Highly recommend.
