โ โ โ โ โ Would recommend people to try this shop for both new builds and fixing issues.
When my PSU first gave up on me, I approached this shop for a replacement. Subsequently ended up buying a new case too for a reasonable price.
Wanna give a shout-out to yonghui (sorry if I spelled your name wrong haha) for being extremely knowledgeable and helpful.
Upon having issues with my new build, went back to the shop and the staff were all patient and friendly, explaining the cause of specific issues I was facing. Left the shop with a faster PC, and some information on workarounds for issues that couldnโt be fixed.
Bottom-line: I got what I needed, what I wanted, and I had fun in this shop.

Wexie is amazing, was very patient showing and verifying each component when I asked upon completion in the built PC.
Attention to cable job is very high, the end result looks very neat.
Each component, boxes and everything was neatly packed at the end in a big box, with straps attached, so very easy and safe to bring home.
Prices are competitive.
I was skeptical at first because there was no Google reviews when I looked it up 2 months ago, but on Facebook it has outstanding reviews, feel free to check them out. I am very satisfied, definitely going to handle upgrade/maintenance here in the future, if needed.

Was very impressed with the final outcome of the PC built by this shop.
Furthermore, after my water cooler leaked and destroyed most of the PC components, the boss, Wen Xie patiently helped me test each PC components.
Overall, this shop is geniue, no hard selling, and you can see Wen Xie really takes pride in his work.

โ โ โ โ โ Bought my pc here in 2017 and recently upgraded mine again here in 2022. Good service and very friendly shop. Ask for Wenxie if you want special pc cable management tidying service, watching him trying to get perfect cable alignment inside the casing has always been a joy.

โ โ โ โ โ Highly recommended! Came to buy a custom built PC. The boss (Wen Xie) recommended me pc parts and specs based on my budget. Then he saw to the fixing up of everything, including cable management and explained to me instructions if I needed to make adjustments etc. Not many pc shops allow you to watch them fix up your DIY pc. He even delayed his lunchtime 2hrs to finish all the OS updates, etc. The staff also helped me register the warranties etc.
Genuine, honest and pleasant experience. There are so many PC shops in Sim Lim to choose from and I am glad I found this one.
