Overall experience is very welcoming and positive. So far the products that they recommended are suitable and beneficial for me. Highly recommend Innisfree at JEM.

β β β β β Yes, Jem Mall is easy to access to Westgate Mall, Jurong East Mrt Stn., Jurong East Bus interchange and also connected to Ng Teng Fong Hospital, and either to NTUC Learning Hub building and to IMM Mall building too without walking on the ground level safety from traffic and raining time because all these are connection together with 'J-Walk' link bridges across each other on the second storey level

β β β β β I was skeptical stepping in initially because I heard how hard beauty stores hard sell every product they have. I was so wrong today- they did not hard sell, instead, they taught me how to use the product and tell me what is worth buying and what not. I recommend this store at JEM - they are just above the rest.
