They hover a lot and try to assist but often when you ask about the products they just give an extremely vague description. It's a nice place though and I already know what I want, so it isn't too much of an issue for me

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Thought I could shop happily at The Body Shop Jem outlet today. Unfortunately the service standard of the staffs here is worst!!! ... gonna be my first and last to shop here. I have no choice but to click on the 1 star just so that I could give a review. Else, it's gonna be a negative for them. Beauty Shop with NO Heart at all!... duh! ... ???
