Fresh is a product that i love to use and i have used it for quite some time because their products are friendly for my skin! 5/5 for the products!! However, I am really unhappy with the level of service by some of the staff at this outlet! When my girlfriend and i reached, we noticed there were 8 people in the shop, and we tried to enter when a group of 3 left. Doing the math, we were both definitely able to enter, however, only one of us were allowed to enter and we were given the explanation that only 6 people were allowed. Despite enquiring how it was possible that 3 people left but only 1 of us could enter, the lady assistant blatantly still denied us entry. Baffled, I had to wait outside, but i noticed that no one was attending to my girlfriend AT ALL, despite there being a total of 3 groups of customers and only 2 staff, no one made an attempt to assist her and she stood there waiting for a good 5 to 10 mins with no one making a single attempt to shift their attention to her. Simple as it is, all it took would have been a word to give them a moment as service to their customers. Great products but really bad experience this one time even though i have been here a few times!

Went to redeem sample kit for their new product as I am a member. However, upon entering the shop and stating my intention, the staff immediately claimed that I was here the week before (which was not true). I told the staff to check my member record to verify. She did it reluctantly but apologized shortly after that as she found out she made a mistake (probably mistook me for someone else but doesn't everyone look somewhat similar in masks these days?). My suggestion to management is to send the respective staff for some customer service refreshment course. Bad experience @ Fresh Beauty Kitchen (Jem).
