Please go to other stores to purchase iphone!! Totally not worth it

β β β β β Very bad service. Instead of talking to me normally like a normal human being, you have to raised your tones just to explain to me. Do note, the store isn't pack with customers :)
The lady wearing a sweater or jacket have a bad attitude. When asking about the information while i was considering you just walk away and MIA. Luckily there's a guy who explain everything. Thanks to him .
Not recommended unless you are in emergency situation. Would rather go to apple store straight away.

β β β β β Visited this outlet few times and staff never failed to disappoint me. Customer service especially Jeremy is so so bad. ???? OMG!!! The manager looks fierce. Please hire staff with good manners, approachable, and treat the customers all the same like Brandon.

β β β β β Extremely poor service. It was my third time visiting this outlet in JEM. No acknowledgement of customers from Staff. Signage just at the entrance of the store says maximum 10 people in the store including staff, however no one was ensuring it. As I was waiting outside to enter, many walked in & out of the store adding to the numbers, reaching 14! And yet staff did nothing. Disappointed.
