The staffs do not insist on hard selling any item to you either which I prefer to see on my own, and when I need help from them, they are there ready to help. It's a good place to get your facial stuffs and make up kits at.

I was enquiring on Innisfree products that would be suitable for my skin and age. This staff was very patient and was a wealthy source of helpful information to assist me over the phone in forming a good skin regimen. I dare guarantee that the conversation would be more fruitful and pleasant were I to be at the branch itself:)
E	Eimī에이미 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ went to the nex store & just get one tiny lip tint.. perhaps my purchases wasn’t huge… plus is my bday month.. i didn’t have anything in mind what to get… the staff from the beginning till ending didn’t even bother to smile, doesn’t have the intention to speak more… plus her face is super black… been to few outlets… why the staff service are all the same?

They are from Korea Jeju island which complete from hair care, body care, skincare, makeup, room fragrances and even pet shampoo and beauty tools. Staffs are friendly and they do not tail us when purchase which makes the shopping experience more comfortable.
R	Rory on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've never really liked Innisfree, I once bought a mask set recommended to me by the staff that was their volcanic mud series, I also mentioned that I had slightly sensitive skin before that mind you, but then I used it once and my whole face was red, burnt and peeling for a week. The mask set also cost over a hundred dollars. Anyway, I was being stared at by the male staff when I entered the whole time this recent visit, so I felt uncomfortable.
