★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been to almost all Kiehl's outlets in Singapore and I would say the branch at NEX has a lot of catching up to do. Got the sense that staff are very selective in serving customers. This is one huge gap. While the female staff was busy attending to my wife, the male staff was looking at me up and down as if doubting my purchasing power. Another setback, as I was informed, was that Kiehl's samples for male had simply ran out, which is kinda surprising. Given a choice, I would rather patronise other outlets especially at Jewel. Staff need to up their game and be more professional towards serving customers especially during these uncertain times.

Unprofessional staff, chatting over the counter when I checking in outside and even when I've stepped inside. Standing behind me for a few minutes never ask what I'm looking for.
The staff declared two clear corr dark spot sample in my receipt but she didn't give me and never show me when she introduce the sample given to me, what a such unethical behavior, this is the most unpleasant shopping experience with Kielhs.
First time visit to this outlet because near my house, I would rather travel far abit in my next shopping to get a better & professional service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love their products especially the herbal tea smelling toner which refresh me and staff was pretty polite and not pushy. Most importantly it does not irritate my skin as i have a sensitive skin .
