Very happy to see results after my treatments and lost weight after each 'Flush' session. I am thankful for my consultant Wincy, she is professional and skillful. She is very friendly and encouraging. I can see her passion for her job. Overall, I had a good experience and service is good!

Went for a facial treatment yesterday, and was served by Yuky. She's one of the rare beauticians that talk to you like you're a close friend and not a total stranger. She put me at ease immediately, explained everything clearly and gave the impression that she really wants me to look better instead of just doing her job. Therefore, all her explanations and advices were well received. Treatment-wise she was very professional. Generally, I was surprised by the nice quality and the service I received.

Had a very pleasant and positive experience rendered by beauty consultant Yuky who is very professional and pays good attention to customers. She gives her very best and honest advise to which part body part I should be doing my treatment on. I had very bad experiences with hard selling consultant and I was afraid that I will have to go through that again but very fortunately at Cheryl W nex, there wasn’t any hard selling at all. Yuky is constantly makes sure that I am comfortable during my treatments and is absolutely pleasant to speak to. Looking forward to more sessions and see more visible results in the future days with Cheryl W nex. I would say that the first few treatments are already pretty effective.

I did the Cheryl W 123 detox treatment. Firstly the premises at Nex nice ambience was welcoming, polite friendly reception Ms Qis. Began with a 10 mins herbal steam which was refreshing and proceed with a salt scrub massage to detoxify the entire body was comfortable with therapist Ms Pauline good hands. Followed by wrapped in heat blanket for another 30 mins. Even had a great shower after treatment. Provided with branded toiletries and the experience was great that I decided to take up a few more times visit.

Found out about Cheryl W on Fave. Friendly and professional staff who take the time to properly explain their treatments. Particularly enjoy their facial and detox treatments! The massage during the detox treatment is very relaxing especially after a tiring day of work and overall helps reduce bloating.

Will give ZERO star if I had the choice. The hard selling is to the max with the staffs asking you to sign more package during treatment duration. And when you run into problem and try to contact them on their Facebook page, they will block you! So ladies, please beware. Even before I signed the package I told your staff Queenie that I am only able to come on weekends. She said okay, will be able to reserve the slots for me. Than now because I left with only 4 sessions left, she kept telling me that there are no slots available and also that too many treatments is not good for my body? Than why in the first place she asked me to go down weekly or best 2 times a week so that I can slim down faster? Why the story keeps changing?

Worst customer service ever and very heavy hard selling in Jurong Point. Signed a package with them as the consultant guaranteed results which was my greatest mistake. From the second treatment onwards, the consultant will hard sell you during treatment. Best part, they will gang together and try to convince you to take up more package. Towards the end of my package, the consultant told me to come 1 every 2 to 3 weeks because too much treatment will lead to zero weight loss? But when I first went in for consultation, the consultant told me to come once every week or better yet, come 2 times a week so I can faster burn the fats away. Hence, I sent in a complaint to their customer service. However, they have no interests in replying me. They even block my friend when she tried to post a negative comment on their page. So this is how they treat customers. And guys, please do not listen to their customized treatments. I went to ask others and we all have the same treatment plan.

The whole team is very friendly and professional, and is able to provide the correct treatment plan to target customer's concern areas. Pauline who is my main consultant/therapist is able to make customers feel very comfortable and at ease at all times. It definitely helps that she provided proper explanation for every treatment step taken. Definitely recommend Cheryl W Wellness @ Nex!
