★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pleasant first-time experience at Sidek Clinic. Receptionists/Nurses as well as Dr. Saifuddin were welcoming and friendly. My son's circumcision yesterday went smoothly. The circumcision itself didn't even take 15 minutes! ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waiting now for 50 minutes for the doctor to come back from wherever he was, arrived on time on the dot for the appointment. Staff was unable to provide exact time and details of when the doctor is coming back. Procedure on my son was not completely painless. Giving 3 stars for value. Not even eye contact from staff, dismissive.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sent my 3 month old baby for circumcision last month. Was very nervous for my boy to do the procedure but everything went well. My son was more or less back to his normal self the very next day. The ring took around 8 days to fall off. Wound is healing well. The only negative was the slight waiting time. We waited about 20mins past the appointment time. The process itself took around 10mins.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This clinic is operated by staff who don't care for the customer's well-being. They are fast in booking clients. But when it comes to service, they don't even care even if a heads up phone call was made to inform about arrival in the clinic before closing time. We arrived 5 minutes before 1pm - Saturday closing time and all the staff can say is " We cannot register you as all our systems are closed." and all 4 staff are in the counter and no one even dared to step up and offer a better solution. 5 minutes before closing... With phone call notification.... What kind of customer service do you have???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Doctor's conduct is unprofessional, he seems very uninterested and didn't even get up from his seat to do any proper examination. He wasn't even wearing his mask properly. Does not inspire confidence or trust at all.
Extremely expensive, charged $120 for a 5 minute consultation. Charged an extra $30 for numbing cream that actually costs about $3 if you look it up online.
Clinic is quite small with 4 seats, so if they're occupied you have to stand outside the clinic to wait.
Receptionist is friendly.
Overall bad experience.
