Please have a more efficient system and avoid having customers wait around for too long. I was punctual for my appointment, yet due to the guy infront of me being late, I have to wait 3 hours extra. Fortunately the place was comfy and +1 stars for the comfort.

I’ve undergone two surgeries by Dr Vyas since Sep 2020 and am still under his care now. It’s been an odd and long journey for me so far but Dr Vyas has always been patient, sympathetic, and might I also add, delightfully humorous. He takes the time to explain things, brings me through his own thinking and allows me to make informed decisions. In this sense he truly partners his patients in their journey to health as his patients always know why they are doing what they are doing. It is a true art for a doctor today to be able to navigate the fine lines between being a dictatorial medical authority and that of a knowledgeable healthcare companion, and it is no overstatement to say that Dr Vyas really does this well. I’ve had my fair share of health-related frustrations these past months but through it all I am always grateful that of so many doctors out there, I met warm, wise and witty Dr Vyas. He’s truly one of the blessings that I am privileged and lucky enough to count. Do yourself a favour and see him if you have an ENT/ Head & Neck issue.

You can’t make appointments as you can β€œcome whenever”... only to be forgotten and sit around for an hour every time. I had to come for x-rays, the was called up to come again a day later as they needed more for a report. What’s very frustrating as well is that the staff seems to outmatch patients by at least 2-3x, yet despite the chit chat and casual hanging out and laughter (I guess 10/10 on workplace happiness? I guess that’s what the awards in the lobby are for?) when it comes to actually getting the relevant person to do what you need them to (in my case x-rays) you’ll end up sitting around for hours with no apparent reason. If I ever get a choice again I’d rather have my broken bones go and heal undiagnosed than having to waste another day of my life here.

First time here. Nice cosy and spacious place. Clean and peaceful. Nurses are friendly. Went to see Dr Vyas Prasad for my ear problem. Mr Vyas was recommended to me by someone I know. Mr Vyas has both deep understanding on medical through extensive experience as well as impressive qualifications. A very gifted ENT doctor/surgeon. Patient, steady hands, precise work. I’m no longer afraid as I'm well taken care of (he's humble & friendly too). Fortunately I didn’t wait too long to seek medical treatment as it may impact my hearing recovery ?. Still under treatment. Am trusting the process.

Medical malpractice suit waiting to happen. Arrived 15mins early for a 3.30pm appointment. Staff requested my referral letter and I took a seat to wait for registration. Checked in again with staff at 3.35pm regarding my registration and was told my referral letter was lost and misplaced. The referral letter contain sensitive information such as NRIC and medical history and it was misplaced. Finally got transferred to changing room. No instructions given on how to proceed. Entire staff contingent was unable to communicate in English. I had to converse in Mandarin to get any sort of response. A fellow patient who was Malay had to resort to Google translate. Due to the severe language barrier, staff was unable to advise on next steps, registration as well as medical processes. Only managed to get my MRI done at 5.15pm despite my appointment being at 3.30pm. The reason given by the staff was that the previous patient was unable to comply with their instructions for the imaging. This demonstrates once again the severe inability of the staff to communicate in English. Was told to sign a release form prior to my imaging. I doubled checked the name and details myself after the staff did not verify and was shocked to see that it belonged to a different patient. After alerting staff to the mistake, staff response in Mandarin was that all the names looked too similar today. It seems that there were then more patients with wrong details assigned to them. Given the entire situation I have no faith that the imaging was done correctly and advise all previous patients to inform their doctors of the standards at this clinic. It is highly plausible that you might be awarded an incorrect diagnosis due to the mistakes of this clinic. Would appreciate if other patients with similar experiences share their stories and contact so that we may begin a medical malpractice suit should it be necessary.
