I've decided to engage ICS after reading the good reviews so I hope they'll continue to deliver quality service to all their customers. :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ John came to my flat today and worked a MIRACLE on my computer. I could not access the internet. When John investigated he found multiple problems which he completely fixed. In about an hours time he was finished. I couldn't be more pleased with the result. Should we need his services again we would not hesitate to call him.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was utter disaster when our computer and server suddenly crashed with all our customer data, appointments and billing functions.
Called several companies but no one provided immediate on site service.
We were then blessed to locate John of Intelligent Computer Services who responded promptly and restored our comp within an hour or so on site.
Subsequently his team worked after hours to trouble shoot serious motherboard issues and now our computer is as good as new.
This had happened to us before, the response from service providers was :bring your PC /we cannot come/motherboard issue cant solve.
So we are naturally delighted with the service received this time

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Paid for a non working computer, and then when problem arises after payment is made. delayed all possible means of contacts. Claims he is tired, he is busy, and couldnt fix the computer at all..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Would highly recommend ICS to anyone who needs data recovery service.
Overall experience was good and hassle free. Collection of spoilt HDD and return delivery all included in price. Recovery time was about 3 working days in my case as non urgent.
John was helpful and explained the issues of my HDD and allow me time to decide. There was no hard push. Thanks again. :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ John upgraded my mum's laptop and made it go faster. He also helped recover lost data from a corrupted hard disk. Now my mum can communicate with her friends on watsapp on the computer, access her email, watch YouTube and retrieve her ukulele song sheets and print them. When I made noise initially about the cost, he patiently broke down the cost of each item and helped me see that he had in fact discounted some items like Microsoft Office. So all in all, it was good service - friendly, professional and delivers on the service! ?
