Poor skill and spoilt some of the component inside the phone after repairing other things and didn’t admit his fault.After checked with other repair shop, The problem was actually can be fixed. But this shop only will tell you “it can’t be fix” with his unprofessional knowledge. Recommend people who want to fix their phone can go to Bugis areas Red White Mobile instead of Mobile Works Repair Tampines.

Mr Vincent is very welcoming,informative and patient in explaining why my iPhone 6s plus 's battery was having issues. We had gone there to change the broken screen,camera and battery. Mr Vincent gave us options and advice on how we should go about the issue. Pretty Knowledgeable and has a sense of humour. Would go back to him again 10/10 for sure if there are any other phone issues.

My boy Samsung phone spoilt, tot got to change new set but Vincent was honest enough n told me not to waste $ as it was only minor repair so i did a repair tat onli cost $50. Impressed by his fast response n services.☺️?

DO NOT SEND FOR WATER DAMAGED REPAIR - it might not last more than 2 months. Sent my water damaged iPhone Xs for repair, as screen went black. Chose to replace with "ORIGINAL APPLE" screen at over $200. As I walked home, found the screen was popping out - it wasn't glued properly. had to return to shop - and was given rubber bands to hold the glue together. Face ID is totally gone after repair. I was not told this ORIGINAL SCREEN would not support Face ID. And to fix that it would cost $$$ more. 2 months later, after 1 month warranty is up, the top 1/3 of the screen stopped responding to touch. Reached out - and was told this is due to water damaged, not his fault. He did not accept that it could be due to his "ORIGINAL APPLE" screen. He offered to replace for 100 for a "COPY" screen or $220 for another "ORIGINAL APPLE" screen. I chose neither because this replacement is also 1-month guarantee, which means it could fail again in 2 months. Costing me more than buying a refurbished one from APPLE with 1 year warrant. Service is friendly. But the quality is unreliable. You risk having to pay and pay again. Don't risk it. Go elsewhere for your water damaged phones. - DH
