After I shared my service requirement with her, she recommended a few and conducted live chat interview with them on the spot. Hiring a helper is like welcoming a stranger to your life, by one or two calls to understand a person is definitely not enough. But here, Cecilia is clear about the character, strengths and weaknesses of the domestic helpers who are under her. It was great to receive her advisory for my consideration whether the helper can be possibly a good fit to my environment. The helper is with me for a week now. Friendly, respectful to elderly, hardworking, so far so good.
