★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What's good: Friendly PIC, allowed us to keep our bags temporarily at the lobby to ease our trip even though we already checked out. Comfortable room and bed. Small common area for breakfast was great too. Near to all the tourist spots, easy transport. Drinking water provided.
What's not-so-good: No soap provided.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The receptionist/management are very nice and accommodating. Even if it's beyond their job, they assisted us in navigating the city and suggested practical places to eat and visit. The rooms are clean and very affordable. :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The owner and staffs are genuinely friendly. They gladly kept our luggage in the front desk and nothing were missing. The room is quite nice, you get what you pay for. Affordable for an expensive city like Singapore. Self-service breakfast is excellent. I will definitely be back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good value for money. Nice place to stay especially if travelling with group of friends. Alvin the owner also a nice person and he always cleaning the property few times a day. The location is across the Bugis Junction and easy to reach from the Bugis MRT station. The bathroom also provided with hot shower, overall the experience is very nice. Definitely will be back stay there.
